About Me
With over 20 years of experience helping teams thrive across diverse industries, I’m passionate about building high-performing teams that deliver results. My approach is rooted in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, with a deep focus on team behaviors and how people interact to create successful, collaborative environments.
I believe that the foundation of any great team is trust, open communication, and accountability. A strong team culture isn’t something you can just ‘hope for’ — it’s something that’s built, nurtured, and continuously developed. Through my background in I/O psychology, certifications, and memberships with groups like SIOP and ATD, I bring both the science and the heart to the work I do with organizations.
